Really Wild Clothing
Natalie Lake, founder of Really Wild was a keen shot, and founded the Really Wild Girls Club at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School to encourage women to shoot from an early age. It soon became apparent that at that time, the shooting clothing that was available to women was far from stylish and was not at all flattering as shooting was a sport dominated by men. With a background in design, founder and designer Natalie Lake created her stylish and tailored women’s shooting clothing in 2002. Really Wild has grown to encompass men’s and ladies’ clothing for all outdoor country pursuits as well as creating styles that work well in either the field or the town.
From the beginning, Really Wild chose to work with British tweed mills, and they continue this long established tradition of weaving to produce Really Wild’s own range of exclusive Scottish tweeds, which is fundamental to Really Wild. This embodies the brand’s ethos whilst bring the garments to life – taking a traditional material and adding a modern twist with their on-trend, flattering cut. Proud of their British heritage, Really Wild also sources the finest leather and Scottish knitwear to complement their range of tweed – this adds to the brands’ individuality and fashionable edge.
As the Really Wild brand has grown, it has retained the practices that have made this country fashion brand such a success. The creative team is still lead by founder Natalie Lake, and they develop and manufacture stylish tweed garments which are just as comfortable in the town as they are in the country. Striving to respond to the needs of the modern rural life, Really Wild now offers a versatile collection which creates a stylish yet relaxed look.
